Nice family room. Clean. We were lucky that we could get use a large parking space in the underground car park for our van.

We found breakfast a bit expensive (14 euros per person).

Pleasant hotel in a quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Cheap breakfast at the bar. Museums and old town are easily and quickly accessible by public transport. We value the commitment of the hotel to people with disabilities and in difficult economic situations and we can recommend it.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the bus station. My room was spacious and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. I also enjoyed the hammam and thermal circuit, a nice way to unwind.

Comfort with the large size room plus having a car park with a car travelling one needs the security and the vehicle is safe. We also stay in the paradors with a discount would you consider this in your hotel policiy and this is the third time we have used Abba Parque Hotel Group

High room rate for a 3-star hotel. Steep, narrow parking garage access, narrow parking spaces, cost per day: 20 €.

Get ready for a noisy nightlife scene-this hotel is close to a nightclub, and the street chaos can be a buzzkill for sleep. The service could use a sprinkle of warmth. A minor issue took three mentions before I had to bring it to their attention myself.

The hotel was conveniently located in Bilbao. It was a short taxi ride from the airport. It was near shops and restaurants. It was near public transportation which got my group quickly and easily to major shopping centers and the Guggenheim Museum. I did not find hotel staff fluent in English however, if we didn't have some Spanish speakers in the group, that might have proven problematic. It is a good, clean and comfortable hotel, but not what I would call luxurious. The rates normally were good, but they seem to hike up the prices when there is a major event in town. My last night in town I had to pay double the normal price because there was a major concert in the area. Overall it was a good experience. I would use this hotel again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were notably friendly and efficient, assisting with any inquiries quickly. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh options including pastries and juices, which helped kickstart my day productively.

Nice hotel in the new part of Town. Walking distance to both sigths in the new town and old town. Lots of nice Pinxtos bars in the area.

Very well equipped hotel, clean, room size was okay, bathroom was also nice and spacious, location was also good. Bilbao is not so big and the hotel is within a walking distance to all attractions.

Breakfast is a bit overpriced. In my opinion too few staff at breakfast.
